A variety of dishes and cooking technology meet the requirements of rational balanced five-time-a-day nutrition.
A menu is developed subject to children’s age characteristics, and is agreed with and approved by the Municipal Consumer Right Protection Department of Nur-Sultan. Based on an approved perspective menu children receive a proper amount of required components: proteins, fats, carbon-hydrates, vitamins and minerals.
To improve child’s organism immunity, the ration once a month includes factory-made kumys/shubat. Children keeping to a personal diet for health reasons are offered an alternative menu.
