Regulations for Parents
In our Kindergarten there are rules and regulations the compliance with which will contribute to child’s comfortable stay in the Kindergarten.
1. Parents must bring the child to the nursery no later than 9:00 am, pick up the child from the nursery no later than 18:00 hours, without violating the established daily routine.
2. Parents must personally hand over and take the child from the educator, without entrusting the child to outsiders, including those under the age of 18. The child is not transferred to persons in a state of intoxication. Persons replacing parents must have a notarized Power of Attorney for the child
3. The parent is obliged to bring the child to kindergarten healthy, neat, clean clothes and shoes. Have a spare set of clothes, replacement shoes, gym clothes and shoes.
4. It is necessary to strictly monitor what the child takes with him to kindergarten, you can not bring dangerous items. The educator is not responsible for the safety of toys brought from home, expensive things (jewelry, mobile phones, etc.).
5. The parent must promptly (on the eve or before 9.00 a.m.) inform the kindergarten about the upcoming absence of the child, about the fact of his illness. Timely submit a medical certificate after illness, provide a certificate from a pediatrician in the absence of a child in the institution for more than 3 days, as well as after vacation.
6. Inform the day before about the beginning of the child's visit to the institution after illness or vacation.
7. Notify (in writing) the head of the nursery-garden when planning a long absence of the child (during parental leave or treatment in a sanatorium).
8. The parent must comply with the doctor's recommendations in a timely manner, provide the required documents within 2 weeks.
9. It is not allowed to invite artists to celebrate birthdays, bring treats and sweets to the group.
10. It is necessary to inform the teachers of the group in a timely manner about the change of the address of the place of residence, the change of the contact phone number, the place of work.
11. On issues of educational work, the kindergarten interacts only with the parents (legal representatives) of the pupils (grandparents are not such).
12. Parents should be polite to the nursery staff, not to resolve disputes in the presence of children and strangers.
13. It is forbidden to enter the playroom, pantry or toilet in street shoes without the permission of the teacher.
14. A parent is obliged to make a parental payment for the maintenance and education of a child in a nursery-garden by the 25th day of the current month. When planning a vacation or treatment, parents must pay in full for the nursery garden.
15. The parent is obliged to comply with the Charter of the nursery, the Rules for parents, the Rules of internal regulations, the terms of the Contract between parents and the nursery.
