What are payment terms for education and upbringing in the Kindergarten?

     An entrance fee (150,000 tenge) is paid once when admitted to the Kindergarten for the whole duration period of the Agreement.
     In the event of termination or cancellation of the Agreement, an entrance fee shall not be refunded. In case of repeated enrollment in the Kindergarten after termination or cancellation of the Agreement, an entrance fee shall be paid according to the standard procedure.
     A monthly tuition fee for the Kindergarten is 170 000 tenge and shall be paid on a quarterly basis.

Are there holidays in the Kindergarten?

The Kindergarten works all the year round – for 12 months. Days-off in the Kindergarten are Saturday, Sunday and public holidays approved in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Every year upon a Parent’s prior written request, a pupil is provided holidays which duration is determined by the Parent.

Are there groups with the Kazakh language of instruction?

In the "Miras" Kindergarten in Nur-Sultan there are groups available with the Kazakh and Russian languages of instruction.

How is a tuition fee paid if the child was ill and missed the classes?

During illness or holidays a tuition fee is assessed less the cost of meals (an average daily cost of a raw food set per day for 1 person). A basis is a parent’s request or medical certificate.

Can a tuition fee be paid in cash to the Kindergarten cash office?

     Payment shall be made through the cash and settlement service of JSC Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan, or the cash and settlement service of JSC BankCenterCredit, or JSC Kazkommertsbank (www.homebank.kz)
     Payment shall be made to the bank account of PF “Nursultan Nazarbaev Educational Foundation”.
     A bank commission fee shall be paid at the Parent’s expense.
