National Day of Dombra
Recently our President Nursultan Nazarbayev established a new celebration - the National Day of Dombra to consolidate the society around the idea of preserving and reviving the national culture.
Today, this truly main folk musical instrument has gathered all the children in our music hall.
The children got acquainted with the technology of making dombra, listened to the famous kuis performed by the great composers of Kazakhstan such as Kurmangazy, Tattimbet, Dauletkerey, Dina Nurpeissova, N.Tlendyev. The holiday ended with a big musical number of the children's orchestra of dombrists and a dance ensemble.
